The Case.
When plans for our tech team to lead GenAI and machine learning testing on triggered subject lines were put on hold, I partnered with Marketing lead to forge ahead, with creative building the GenAI apps informed by iterative weekly testing.
The Solution.
I worked with Marketing to land the messaging tactics we’d be testing week over week to ensure brand fidelity. My team built Japser (and later, ChatGPT) agents for each brand and lightly edited outputs for brand voice and clarity. Each week, results were fed back into the GenAI agent to build on success and continously improve outputs.
The Result.
Over the course of a single triggered email campaign, we found an 80% CTR lift on one brand and a 56% CTR lift on another. We rolled the process into a second triggered email campaign and found additional CTR lifts.
